Choppy gameplay

I apologize in advance if this is a repost.

I've been experiencing very choppy gameplay for a very long time. When I played on my od computer for a few years, I assumed it was just shit specs.

Now that I have a new computer, with pretty decent specs (enough to run PR smoothly), I still experience a lot of choppy gameplay/FPS lag. I've updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled PR, cleared my cache, lowered my settings to low (which I shouldn't have to), set pb_sleep 300, etc.

I've even played with my friends at their houses, with their internet connection and I get the exact same results. They're computers (with worse specs than mine) run way more smoothly, without altering anything, which I completely do not understand.

I really need help here. I'm tired of being told to stop playing PR on a potato.

Specs:
Operating System
Windows 8.1 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 3320M @ 2.60GHz 39 ?C
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM
6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz (9-9-9-24)
Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M (Acer Incorporated [ALI])

Maps it usually happens on:

Fallujah (City center)
All Vietnam maps
Al Basrah(city/mosque)
Kokan
Korengal Valley

Usually any map that has a lot of detail.

You are sure you're playing PR on your GT730M and not the integrated Intel? HD Graphics 4000?

Plug in your power brick, go to power settings, make sure it's set to High performance.
Then go to advanced options and make sure it's running the GT730m and not the Intel? HD Graphics 4000.

You can also download Bitsum ProcessLasso Free 64 bit, and it has automated settings for power levels to make sure you're always using the GT730M.

That worked amazingly. My game is never choppy anymore, no matter what map. Thank you

Mind telling us which Acer notebook model you have?

I'm looking for a business notebook which can also run PR.
