I would say that I usually play Mechanzied Infantry, no matter if there is CAS or not

Intense dogfights. Waiting for my joystick to arrive. Im so tired of mouse-jetting.

What settings do you use to look around the cockpit? I'm using a program called 'joy2key' with the hat switch on my joystick to look around, but I can't figure out how to get the 'looking straight up' view. ( the maximum view option looking straight up )

number 7 (or 8 or 9) and then the alt-weapon key...

Nothing special. Logitech Force 3D Pro Joystick. Got it for 10 bucks from ebay. Should be enough for PR.

I use the HAT switch aswell, but I set them directly in PR settings. You need to plug in the joystick before you start the game though
Push left = 7
Push up = 8
Push right = 9
Push back = C
Extended view = alt fire

Thanks for the tips. Would be nice if you could post your whole joystick config for PR in a PM or here! So I don't have to spend hours on finding the best.

I like that setting very much, since I have my left hand all the time on throttle/afterburner/flare.
And with the right hand you can comfortably communicate and switch to long range missiles with the lower buttons.
Rocket/Bomb = alternative weapon fire button

//nvm found a good config for myself. Combi of keyboard and joystick. I dont like to use the buttons on the joystick, rather have my left hand on the keyboard.
