Hello everyone. I'm new to RP BF2 and have one question.
I playing local coop with bots, and from manual I know, that to enter I have to climb ot turret and use E. I know that I have to be a crewman. I know, that I need to request this kit. But how can I do this?

join/make a squad, hold T and you'll gain a menu, left click on request kit

You'll also have to be standing in front of a team supply crate or certain types of vehicles that have supplies. I've found on certain maps like Kashan, some vehicles will give up kits and others won't. So sometimes I have to go to one vehicle to get the kit I need to operate another.

List of kits given off by asset:
Supply Crates: All
AA Vehicle: Crewman
APCs: All
IFV: All
Tank: Crewman
Helicopter ilot
Jets ilot
Cars\Jeeps:None

BTW: To surrender, play dead (multiplayer only) or drop your kit for a friendly in need, press T and Right Click and the pickup kit key (Default:G).
