Help with renting an American PR server (East Coast)

Been playing PR for years and finally have the urge to rent a PR server, I intend to run every aspect of the server completely alone with maybe several friends. Would also like to have a TeamSpeak included. I am Looking for the complete package. No, I do not have a clan, but maybe with time that could change. If anyone could contact me via Steam, that would be most helpful. Thank's in advanced.
