Dosent show the name of the player that is talking ingame

I saw that other people it shows the name of the user in-game when he talks local or squad chat. I dont got it. How can i fix it?

Did you try re-starting mumble while in the game?

Make sure they'll all being run as administrator assuming you haven't disabled UAC

I tried both of them and neither of them worked. I noticed that i got a broken speaker symbol in the right bottom side of my screen... i dont know if it means anything

That points to a much deeper mumble issue, can you actually hear anyone else?

Yes i can hear everybody on local and on squad chat.
