Clarification on certain game mechanics

Hi, i'm about to make a suggestion however the idea partially hinges around two particular mechanics. before i make that post in the suggestions forum, i'd like clarification from anyone who might know if these mechanics are even possible.

A) Is it possible to have an object much like the crates be a point at which kits can be requested, HOWEVER only certain kits can be requested from them. an example being at that you CAN only request Officer, medic, grenadier and other common kits from this object, but you CANNOT request HAT, sniper, AA, and other limited and heavy/specialized kits.

B1) Is it possible to require X amount of friendly players within Y distance of a spawn point for players to be able to spawn on them?

Otherwise:
B2) Is it possible to set a limit of spawns at a spawn point, at which point the spawn marker disappears much like when a rally or FOB is over run

Disregard this comment as it is based on total assumptions:

A) Yes. At choppers you can only request a pilot kit and at certain APCs only a Crewman.

hmm, good point, i totally forgot about those. I guess i've never really attempted to request other kits from these, the only time i'd request a kit from a tank or chopper is if i'm going to be manning it.

alright, clarification on either one of the Bs and we're in business!

Bs are possible too. I think B2 is already used on mapper placed rally points, but not sure. B1 would be tricky to do, but should work.

B1 might require some inverse objective to the overrun spawnpoint code currently available, but since we can overrun FOBs/rallies,

Pseudocode for what we got now:
IF enemy playercount>2 within radius of 100M of spawnpoint,
then spawnpoint is overrun

I don't see why we couldn't require a build up of friendly playercount>2 to make spawnpoint spawnable.
