At v1.1 I was able to join/create a local server (I only played offline during this test), but upon updating joining online and offline servers would crash my game. Since it crashes when I first attempt to connect to a server I feel as though it may have to do with graphics or punkbuster, but that is purely conjecture. There is another post detailing the same predicament but the user was not responded to. I hope to receive any insight or ideas to solve this issue. Thank you for your time.

If you have any type of overlay program, be it AMD RAPTR, Steam community overlay, MSI Afterburner, Overwolf, TS3 64 bit overlay, Asus AI Suite, etc, try completely shutting it down before starting PR.

Seeing as you have steam version of BF2, make sure to turn off the steam community overlay.

If it's not an overlay issue the
Easiest way to find the exact error:
go to PRLauncher=>Options=>Video=>UNCHECK the "fullscreen mode", CLICK APPLY

IF you play in windowed mode, when you CTD an error message window popup will show the exact error.

Screencapture or write down the exact error message and post it here.

I had overwolf running. Now that I have disabled overwolf it is working perfectly.

You can use overwolf with PR, but you have to follow these steps:

1. Install 32 BIT version of Teamspeak.
2. Run 32 bit Teamspeak before PR.
3. Start PR, join and load into a server.
4. Run Overwolf.
