Noob needs training

I have a second post about joining a clan/group, but because I am so new I really could use some training. If any one could offer training I would be Thankful.
We're a relaxed group outside of game but we do know when to be serious in game. We don't do the whole no sir yes sir stuff, we just have callsigns and can tell who's in the chain of command. If you're looking for some training with a unit who knows when to get serious when need be but can have a hell of alot of fun, come check us out.
