Stop on in and see what we're like. Some of us work nights also so we're right around your time schedule. Real life comes first with us, we know when to get serious in game but we're relaxed out of it. Band of Brothers style. Some of us were former military and some currently still active. We hope to hear from you soon.....
Thanks for the offer! But when I get home last thing I want to be doing is calling some random on Teamspeak sir....... I love being competitive and love being serious in game just like to be little relaxed when get off shift!

Check us out in Operational Detachment Sierra.
We play PR, ArmA, Red Orchestra, Wargame, Dota, and a bunch of other games.
There's roughly 60 of us, with around 20 from NA. Mixed former/current/not at all military from around the world.
We're good, pretty organized, but chill. No military talk here.
I'm former military and have been in many realism or tactical units past the decade of playing games. From the anal 7th Cav on reporting and mandatory training for Battlefield 3, to units with leaders who have to real experience being a good leader, to many others.
Tiger Platoon is the best combination of casual tactical gaming. You can always expect a tactical atmosphere more so than just a hanging out atmosphere in game.
But you don't really have to worry about rules, titles, and attending ridiculous mandatory stuff.
