Is it too powerful in PR? I made a test, the BTR60 or BRDM 2's 14.5 MM gun can blow up BMP2 about 50 more rounds........................I m not sure how it works in real life............but, destroy a APC by 14.5 mm machine gun is really hard to believe

A quick Google search indicates that 14.5mm rounds can penetrate ~30mm of armor at 500 meters. Meanwhile, the BMP-2's side armor is only ~16-18mm thick.

Fix the title. "I'm confused"
Maybe the 14.5mm KPV heavy machine gun is using
the B-32 Armor-piercing incendiary full metal jacket round with a tungsten-carbide core?
Armor penetration at 500m is 32mm of rolled homogeneous armor (RHA) at 0 degrees.
The BMP-2's armour is broadly similar to the original BMP-1. Its frontal and side armour is not effective against the most recent .50-calibre SLAP (Sabotted Light Anti-armour Projectile) and the 25 mm cannon of the US M2 Bradley MICV or the British GKN Warrior IFV's 30 mm RARDEN. Like the BMP-1, the rear doors of the BMP-2 are filled with diesel fuel offering some risk from incendiary rounds. These additional fuel tanks are shut off from the fuel system when in combat.

Why don't you look up the armor specs online and find out for yourself?
This may be of help to you

If anything its underpowered, the 14.5mm is a fearsome caliber with substantially more kinetic energy then the 50.cal (and we all know how devestating that is). It can make easy work of light armor and decent cover like sandbags and reinforced concrete walls and even cause significant damage to more moderately protected vehicles if it hits the right points, definitely something you don't want to be on the receiving end of.
