Guys why does it take at least 3 men in a squad to take a sniper or spotter kit. Why this is necessary? Why do we need 3. person to make a recon squad? Can someone answer that ?

does the spotter kit have a rope? If not i'm guessing the devs intended for the sniper squads to run as a 3 man team including a specialist
