1) tested on Arctic Lion (night). When you type "rcon spawner nl_assault(_alt)" usual grenadier kit w/o flares spawns. So i was able to request kit w/ flares only from caps lock menu. Also I didn't found grenadier w/ flares on Fools Roads Alt (nignt one).

2) 40mm Shilka have 40 damage, copmared to other weapons it's too low, you need 2-3 direct hits of 40mm round to kill a man.

Wat? I told you about 40 damage on flare round from UGL, not a word about shilka.
It's still doing 45 explosive and 55->0.4 actual damage(+materials multipliers)

ok, not understood you yesterday

To spawn the flare gun kits use "rcon spawner nl_assault_night". Same for any other faction that uses flare kits, add the _night suffix to the kit name and it should spawn the correct one

checked both of Tad Sae layers, and both doesn't have flare grenadiers although night is there.

And flare makes some visual bugs with bamboo:

You just showed why it doesnt have flares
Only 3 maps currently have them that dont create those issues: Arctic Lion, Black Gold and Dovre.
