V 1.2 Sbeneh Outskirts - No Shilka

Sbeneh Outskirts AAS STD is apparently supposed to have a Shilka, but it never seems to actually spawn in.

You only get it on the city route of AAS64.

Okay, makes sense I guess. Didn't realize assets could be tied to layouts.
