v1.2 Flares still buggy, 2 ways (maybe the solution?)

Description:
In the first video, notice that I was 60 flares, i press to drop flares and had the sound that I did not have flares, but the flares were dropping, and in the end showed that I had only 6 flares.

In the second video, was reloading the flares, however I let out the flares and showed the REAL value that I had flares, ie, the display was reloading, but realy do not reloaded, and when the actual value has reached 0, not let out more flares and still showing on the display that was reloading

I think the problem is that the push to drop flares. An example: Huey has 60 flares, and every time I press to drop flares, 6 flares dropped. May be configured to have 10 HUEY flares, pressing to release flares will only lowers 1, ie go to 9 other flares, but the helicopter will drop 6 flares. ie, every time I press to drop flares, in my display will least one it, however will drop 6 flares...

Thanks for the report. This is the most detailed report on the whole situation i read in a while :)
Your description underlines what i thought is the issue. You can read a bit more about it here.
We already have the next attempt to fix this in the pipe and it will be included in the next patch. It is similar to your suggestion, but we will go for pressing X once = 1 flare dropped, holding X pressed will drop flares till released or empty.
