Slow FPS?? AMD 7770 + AMD 8350

did a freash instal of windows 7 and i used to get 50+ FPS on high 1080p but now i only get an average of 25 fps on all tested resolution, 1080, 720, 900....

Set the video settings that are at low, up to medium.
Install new AMD video drivers.
install and run gamebooster.
defrag HDD.

Not sure why you're having any type of problem.

You can try to install Windows Ultimate Tweaker 7 from here:
Ultimate Windows Tweaker v 2.2, a Tweak UI for Windows 7 & Vista

And disable all the fancy UI for win7, basically make your desktop look like WindowsNT , it will save ~90Mb of VRAM, which might help.

Did you have your CPU OC'ed before?

still having FPS issues. tried riff drivers nothing ???

only gets 20 FPS with same settinsgs that i used to get 50+ fps on v1.0

If you have antialising disabled, enable it to atleast 4x. I get better frames by enabling it.
