i am trying to make an online account but when i press create nothing happens!
the button turns grey , i waited alot but still nothing .
any help is appreciated

Hey guys, new to PR. Whenever I try to make an account I fill in the details and the create button grays out after I click it, I leave it for awhile and nothing happens. I've searched around the internet for help on the matter and most of it says use your BF2 account, I tried and it didn't work.

Hey, I just logged in.

Let me see what's going on.

PRlauncher->Hover mouse over Play->Manage Profiles->Create Profiles->Create New Account->
Online Account tab
fill in your information
tick the "remember Password" tickbox.
Click Create.

Please let me know the exact step at which you are having this problem.

I just created a new account and had no issue, so I need to know exactly what you guys are having trouble with so I can help you out.

I click create account and the create button goes from blue to gray and nothing happens.

Exactly the same thing happens to me, when I fill in all the information and click "create" both "create" and "back" are greyed out and nothing happens even if I leave the launcher open for 30 minutes. Singleplayer can still be played though..

We're notified the Devs who can solve this. When they are back at their PCs they'll take a look.

Probably as simple as the server needs to reboot.

Please be patient.
