Profile settings error

I get an launch error about verifying my profile. error code 1323. i have rest all my profile settings twice and restarted but nothing what can i do?
Rename the directory Documents\ProjectReality to Documents\ProjectRealityBackup .
When you start PRLauncher it should ask for you to retrieve your profile using your username and password.
This will create a fresh Documents\ProjectReality at which point it should fix your problem.
However, it might have the video settings to the wrong resolution, so go into the PRlauncher->Options->Video tab and set the video to your monitor's resolution.
