Good Afternoon,

I haven't seen anything like this and wanted to start something that would provide server admins some feedback on their admin skills and style.

I have listed quite a few server admins and will be adding as I gather more information. Please note that this is an unscientific poll. I will delete obvious nicknames that do not play PR.

As an idea, you could make the form cleaner by doing a multi-stage question...

1) Which server do you want to rate:

• FCV
• HOG
• SAGA
• etc

That would take players to the secondary page which holds the admins just for that server.

I'm just using a simple Google Docs form to gather the data. I've never been one to jump into web page development so I am not sure exactly how to do what your talking about. I've heard of scraping but never did it.

Well, with an admin poll, I didn't want it to be way way too serious but yet I wanted to somehow reflect how someone felt about an admin. I'm even re-thinking the in-game nickname requirement but then it would just be a free for all.

Regarding servers that I never get on, well, to get a list, I just joined them and did the admin command to get the list.

One more note, if this could be done better, please let me know because I think it would be a great tool for server admins and the community. It definitely needs to be done in a light hearted way but still conveys the feelings that are intended.

I have one in there. I'm trying to add as fast as I can.

Oh and for those that think the rating system is really bad, think again. Like I'm really going to put something in there like:

- Awesome God like dude
- Shitty piece of Satan
- The Spawn of Evil
- Everything that is right with the world
- Hugs trees
- Has a rose in his gun barrel

I mean, really? Admins are often referred to as the cops of servers and if you've never heard that a cop in real life was a Barney Fife go ask your local cop and see what he says. Everyone knows Barney Fife.

This is a bad idea. It gives people a chance to be nasty to others.
So obvious its just friends voting for friends. It's not honest feedback, it's just as i said, friends voting for friends.

I'd take this feedback with big pinch of salt if you see your name on that list.

I recall Dax2, Jevski and Brenn are active and very reasonable admins, so keep up the good work. I'm not familiar with the others

I'm more than willing to move this but I don't see a "Server" feedback section under the PRBF2 Feedback forum. I don't feel that this is something for the general feedback but rather like you said, it should be server feedback.

I've been blind before but cannot find it, can you point the way?
