Whats up with this. Is there a manual or how-to page?

It's a bug, the commander UAV doesn't work. I forgot to add it to our bug tracker, so thanks for reminding me!

Does it work on Arctic lion?

Ohh and on Shikotan Island the UAV works but is flying too low.

It is an issue with the dutch command post. It tries to use the old UAV that was a modified TV guided missile. The dutchies cant get all the futuristic stuff afterall
Will be fixed in next version

The UAV flight altitude depends on the view distance of the map. I dont know what vied distance shikotan has, but i guess it cant fly any higher.
