I hope this will help for new players improve thair combatskills in PR

1. Cover and move and using sprints
Beginner: Most time try sprinting and in combat dont have enough sprint and is easiest target.
Veteran: just walk, in contact he start sprint to cover. in other word. When he expect firefight he move from cover to cover. And can very simple start fire to eenmy position and get a time for squadmates to take cover.

2. contact
Beginner: Stop sprinting and start firing until die.
Advanced: Stop sprinting knee/lie down open fire until die
Veteran: Stay/Knee burst fire for suppress. Then sprint to cover. Or just look from where and sprint to cover.

3. Firefight
Begginer: (Ask to veteran) hay dude ? do you see them ? or Hay stupid why are you firing there is nobody? than die on open area without cover.
Veteran: Enemy South direction, SQL ask for suppress. Then he suppres to point/area for suppresing (even he see nothing, just suspect thay are here) until SQL say we flanked and asault tham succesfully stop firing. Yes Suppressing is best practice and fun in PR game.

4. Bleeding
Begginer: iam bleeding medic come to me yeling. Or sombody around bleeding say iam bleeding i have no more bleed dressing. And beginner ususulay do nothing
Veteran: Medic where are you, There and there. Ok iam coming. Or somebody around bleeding. He drop ownbleed dresing to save another.

5. Driving
Beginner: Iam imortal in apc/tank/other vehicle. Stay in middle of road or open area. Then blow up.
Veteran: Drive vehicle like he is big regular soldier, so searching cover for vehicles and moving from cover to cover.

6. CQB
Beginner: ussuly sprint through door and try fire through scope or iron sight.
Veteran: Pop granate, get inside different way and in rooms fire to short distance without aiming just fire from hip (its fastes way and after little practice you can clean whole building alone)

7. CQB SQ
beginner: everybody in one room, or in two rooms one building
veteran: 2 - 3 peoples in one buidling other in another building. Have a bigger cover and cross fire/overwatch.

There are many tricks how to stay alive. Most improve is start thinking how to survive this round and at the end have zero death. After experiences you will see that you will know for example when is good for advance or defence or flank and other stuff.
Good luck.

You know what helps beginners to play well? Teach them yourself, not making a thread assuming that veterans will do things the way you said and play tacticool and shit, because most don't.

This thread is entirely unnecessary.

Top 5 on team? Coming from a guy that shouts "I suck at this game" every single round! XP

Actually I find new players are normally better at cqb. Back when I first started playing I could kill a squad in a building no problem, now it is much hard (no substitute for COD when i comes to learning cqb skills).

Big difference between veteran players and new players is that veteran players can stay with the squad and preform individually at the same time.

Say whhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattt?//??//

Really pointless thread.

It's all common sense though. I have seen new players do better then Vets a couple of times since 1.2 release. (More determined and EXCITED to play with people.)

Obvoiusly it is gonna be a difference between new and old.

It's like comparing cars from the 70's to now...

Example:
Dodge Challenger (70's): 425 hp MAX Slow and Bulky, easy to die in 'minor accidents'.

Dodge Challenger (2015) 707 hp!!!!! FAST and considerably lighter. Safer then ever. (probably the most safe sports car out there in the world)

Yikes. This can be a sign you're dealing with an actual veteran of the game and not someone who's only been playing since 1.0 or .9

Jumping straight in and going to cheekweld as you cross the thresh hold was a really good way to breach in .5 and .6 since dispersion wasn't so bad. Throwing a grenade in is also a really good way to alert everyone nearby that you're there before you even start the breach and if they're not right there they'll be ready for you. Additionally you risk all kinds of wonderful team injuries with a badly thrown grenade or one that doesn't bounce like you thought it would.

There are no right or wrong answers that apply to every single situation of the game. What makes a player smart at one point may make them really stupid in another. See also a tank driver trying to dart from cover to cover and getting stuck in a ditch.

You are veteran if you don't believe everything they say in tips screen (e.g shortest rout is almost always the safest one) :P . Try to flank on large map? You'll confront A) ambush because they expected long flank B) tank because they always flank

Eggactly :P

i haven't seen "the shortest route is almost always safest one".

Since most of the time I squad lead on maps like Fools Road... (It's all flanking through the woods mainly) it's easy to run into contacts flanking the way you are too!!!

But I can name a few times where I have taken long range routes. (On Black Gold) with tanks... we took every asset the Chinese had to offer out. (They kinda sucked TBH).

But TBH... How is this thread still open?

It's basically a cheap guide how noobs and vets differ. IT's obvoious that Vets will be 'better' in a sense... since they played for a good amount of time. But I have seen new players out smart Vets. Either the Vets think they are OMG SO GOOD or just the Noob has good situational awareness.
