Cheap build around Pentium g3258(overclocked)

I was thinking of building a desktop with:

CPU: obviously Pentium g3258
GPU: Radeon R9 280 or 270x

I have problem deciding on a mobo; because this one looks like a good deal:
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

Will it support overclocking of g3258? And what about future upgrades? Is it worth it to go for another mobo that would (better?)support newest Intel cpu?

Make sure you get the "Anniversary Edition"
This guy got his up to 4.8Ghz , however he had quality components for all the system:

I'd suggest getting a decent mobo so you can upgrade just the CPU in the future and extend the life of the system with minimum upgrade costs.

I know I probably should have went for a Z97; but I wasn't sure if that's the correct choice since next gen of intel cpu is going to come out somewhat soon.

Considering $20 over the cpu gets me that nice-looking msi gaming series board, I don't think money is too wasted.

So I bought that package, flashed bios to newest, and have a stable(as far as I know from running prime95 for almost a day) oc at 4.5ghz, 1.27v, and max temperature of 91 degrees on stock cooler.
Probably going to get an aftermarket cooler(like the obvious choice CM 212 evo) and continue to crank it up until at least 4.7ghz.

Without GPU(sapphire toxic 280x on the way) it actually plays PR with bots at fair fps on low settings.

This is probably the best PR-only cpu out there for budget builder; so much better singlecore performance than AMD anything at the price.
