Black Screen Crash

I bought a new rig since my old one was having issues. Now I still have the same issues. My PC just randomly crashes on PR.

What happens: At any random moment, the screen goes black, I hear some kind of "techno" sound on the background and my PC reboots. As of yet I have had no error notification. This is a fresh rig. Just 5 days old. Second rig with the same fucking issues.

It cannot be the heat, evertime it crashed it was round 33 degrees Celsius.

My system:

When I crash, the normal game sound and the teamspeak is still there, only the image is gone.

Do you use the onboard sound drivers of your motherboard?

There used to be a reoccurring issue with windows 7 & realtek onboard sound drivers, whereby it would cause a system hang or BSOD then restart... Do you think it could be related?

Problem is not coming from : Overheating CPU & GPU, RAM and also HDD and SSD, he have all the lastest drivers including the motherboard one.

His system is completly new there is just a few basics software installed that can't be blame.

Can you run a test with an other screen desktop ?

I have a feeling it's coming from your Graphic card, not hardware but software.

I might have found the problem:

Packaging Plastic

The company that built it always puts it in and usually, I repeat usually, they put a sticker telling their customers to remove the packaging plastic that is inside the PC to protect during transport. My PC lacked that sticker so I was unaware of the plastic causing the fans to stop and other stuff to shut down in order to protect the system.
