Need a bit of help.

I'm new here so sorry if i post this in the wrong place. I have a few problems. I have version 1.0 of the mod, if i update will it update to 1.2?
Secondly, I can't seem to get on to a game. When i start a co-op match with bots, the map will slowly load to 15% and stop loading.
If somebody could help that would be greatly appreciated. I really want to try this game out!

Hi,
1) yes, the updater will automatically update to the latest version.
2) can you clarify - do you mean a local game or online coop. If the latter you will need to update to the server version to play online. You can always launch it in windows mode (an option in the launcher) to see if windows returns any errors.
Post up your specs (cut an paste from the support section in the launcher) if there are further issues.
Welcome to the mod - always good to see moar Aussies

the updater will run itself, I just recommend you run it as admin.
It takes a long while for the game to finally finish loading, especially on larger ones; for me and my crappy laptop from 2008, just loading into a map can take up to 4.5 minutes - it all depends on your specs.

Thanks for the replies. I am updating the game now, so if i still get the problem i will post my specs.
I'm only playing on a local game with bots. I might have just been too impatient for it to load, so i will give it a while.

Mine too takes ages to surpass 15%, but after that it shoots by.
Isn't there v1.2 as a complete dl now it'll takes ages to update from v1.0?

Hmm i have another problem. Now that I've updated to 1.2, whenever it opens the game itself it usually crashes to desktop within a minute.

This might be your problem.
Go to your profile information and edit the refresh rate with notepad to 40hz.

Ok so i started the game up again in
windowed mode. I managed to start a local co-op game with bots like i was trying before. This time it loaded relatively fast, but when it stopped loading and got an error. Had three options, cancel, continue or try again. I pressed continue and the game crashed back to the desktop.
