I just downloaded PR 1.2 but when i start the game there is just blackscreen. I patched battlefield 2 but cant create new account because there are no gamespy so it just gives error.
Any solution?

i think i must add some details to make the problem clear.First of all i installed bf2 aftter gamespy's shut down so i cant play vanilla bf2's multiplayer.i Started project reality in windowed mode and there are no error messages just black screen and when i click the game its just not responding.And finally yes i run project reality as admin.Well... i am waiting for responds...

If you have any type of overlay programs, such as RAPTR, Overwolf, TS3 overlay, etc, shut them down completely.
Also, in PRLauncher->Options->Video tab, make sure your game is set to the correct resolution. Remember to click APPLY button to save any changes.
In that same window, you can select to run in windowed mode, which might provide a better error message to help us troubleshoot the situation.

Thanks for reply...But as i said before i opened the game in windowed mode and there were no error messages.Just when i click start game it opens but there is just black screen and when i click the game again its just not responding.And i dont use any overlay programs

I fixed blackscreen problem.If you encounter blackscreen try this.
1.Start the game in windowed mode
2.Wait Some
3.Right click to the icon which is below in the start menu
4.Click to the PRBF2.exe
5.If there is still blackscreen its because you didnt wait long enough so wait some more.

This works for me but now as i joined the game there is a new problem... low fps..my laptop specs are:
Intel i7 2670QM 2.20 GHz
GT540M 2GB gpu
6 GB Ram
5400 rpm hdd

Problem is i play bf2 in super energy saver 1366-768 high settings except no AA and low shadows 30-60 Fps My cpu and gpu 70C-78C
In project Reality in super energy saver everything low 800-600 no aa no shadows no dynamic lightning 5-15 fps and my gpu and cpu are barely working.60C-65C
When i try the game on high performance mode fps goes fine but my cpu starts burning and gpu still runs cool.My Cpu usage %40-50 and gpu % 30- 40.I guess there is some kind of bottleneck.Any Solutions?

Energy saving mode used the Intel iGPU. You have to force the prbf2.exe tto use the nvidia GPU in nvidia control panel

actually it uses gt540m in energy saving mode.But i sort of fix fps problem too i made the game work on high performance mode with nvidia control panel.Some changes in energy management.I take the laptop to the balanced mode.Limited my cpu's max use.And I can play the game with 2x AA 1366-768 Everything low shadows off dynamic lightning off 60-20 fps now.I guess it could be better but its just a mod not well optimised i guess...
