Can you please download and run : HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting before launching the game and post a screenshot of the debugging during the round of these maps you specified.

specs are

I5 650
GTX 560 TI
8 GB ram

I get the same thing but I think its just the game. It doesnt happen 100% of the time, but there are times when there are a lot of players around that even my system drops to <30fps of a little bit.

Intel 4770k
Asus Z97 Pro motherboard
16gb Corsair DDR3
GTX 780
2560x1440 (if I lower the resolution, it doesn't change anything).
