Do you happen to play MS FlightSimulator, MS FSX, or any game based on the MS Flight Simulator platform?

There is a long time bug where those games corrupt your UIAutomationCore.dll file.

Here is a copy of my UIAutomationCore.dll

Place it in
C:\Windows\System32
and
C:\Windows\SysWOW64

You might want to also keep a copy in your PR directory because every time you play certain MS Flight Simulator engine games, it will break this file, over and over again.... so you have to recopy it to the directories above to play PR and a large number of other games.

Yoni, you might also need to isntall .Net framework 4.5.1,
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Apparently You are missing a core Windows file, UIAutomationCore.dll , the x64 version.
TO make it even stranger, this is a known windows 7 x65 bug , that MIcrosoft has never attempted to fix since so many 3rd party programs make use of the broken file.

You then might need to register the .dll , idk. ??

reboot after installing the .net framework, then test. Let me know if it's solved.

Thank you it is now working untill after the intro video and than the game shut down...

Well let's fix that too,

Several possible causes, let's troubleshoot through them.
First off, please post your system specs:
Open PRLauncher->Support-click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
Paste everything here.


1. If you run any overlay program, turn it off. Overwolf and AMD RAPTR are known to cause instant crashing like this, but many others can also cause this. TS3 overlay, Steam community overlay, etc. Turn them off completely.

2. Your antivirus might be blocking PRBF2.exe and/or PRLauncher.exe
on your system:
D:/Steam/SteamApps/common/Battlefield 2/PRBF2.exe
D:/Steam/SteamApps/common/Battlefield 2/mods/pr/bin/PRLauncher.exe
Make an exception for these programs.

3. Have you successfully created a new PR masterserver online profile?

4. Try to run PR in windowed mode.
PRLauncher->Options->Video Tab->UNTICK the Fullscreen tickbox. CLICK APPLY.
Run PR to test.

Please post your specs so I can review any other problems...
