Having played a great game of CnC yesterday on the NEW server, I'm stuck wondering why we don't play CnC more on all servers. Out of the servers I often play on(MeRk,NEW,PRTA,HOG,FCV,DIVSUL), only on PRTA have I seen CnC be set as a next map without any prior event-like setup, and it was a great game.

My appeal to server admins is basically this: Put on a CnC map once a day to give it a try. The more you play it, the more people get to understand the game-mode and the better it will get. It also opens up a completely new level of playing on maps like Vadso and Black Gold, giving the opportunity to play parts of the map not usually played.

Only a few are actually implemented yet and some have buggy spawns.

Protip for buggy spawns:
One squad spawns two guys and an SL, other squads spawn on their rally and get magic'd to main.

Protip for buggy spawn: Don't play them and report them to the devs.

CnC only works when people actually want to put the effort into coordinating, HOG ran a few events and they were fun but towards the end once attention began to wain things fell apart. Throwing CnC at a team that doesn't have enough cohesion for a standard AAS map is a waste of time.

Play CNC only with good player base, or it's gonna be frustrating.

I'm talking to the admins about running CNC tonight on FCV.

Iron Ridge, CNC, Inf is next on FCV!

And we will also be running CNC tomorrow during Scenario Sundays.

PRTA had a round on yamalia yesterday, teams were even Steven and we had 2 commanders.
