Just like, I want to give M1911 to the MEC officer. I changed mec_officer_con in objects_common_server. But it seems doesn't work. I will be greatful if you can reply me.

Can you define 'not working'? If the game crashes, it could be an item index problem. What game mode will you want that kit? If it's on co-op, edit the one that has a "_sp" on the file name. If it has "_para", it means that the kit is available if the faction deploys via parachute. Also, keep a backup of the original files.

I changed the kit like this, but still doesn't work.....nothing changed in game

Nvm, it opened.
At first glance, it seems to me you made a simple mistake:

Remove the "_idx7" and leave only "uspis_colt1911".
You also removed every other item from the kit and only left the pistol? (Not sure if that could cause a problem, but probably not).
