On Battle of Ia Drang (AAS, Std, I think) I spawned on NVA Camp and ended up spawning under the map.

Similar happened to me on Operation Marlin. I spawned on Insurgency Refugee (main rallypoint), and ended up inside a wall, too bad I didn't take an SS.
