Whenever I get into a server and try to pick my class and squad my mouse wont move and I cant select a thing and I'm not sure if anyone has had these problems but if you can get back to that would be great.

Which mouse do you have?
Do you have any overlay programs running?
1st step:
PRLauncher->Options->click the bottom left 'reset all profiles' blue button.
Click Apply.
Start PR to test.

PRLauncher->Support->"Copy to CLipboard" button.
Paste everything here.
Some random causes for this we've had over the years:
Using a non standard keyboard layout. Like the DVORAK layout.
Having a Wacom or touchscreen device installed, somehow the onscreen touchkeyboard becomes the default keyboard detected by BF2/PR.
Having a background process Hook directly into the direct input of your mouse, stealing the mouse from the PRBF2.exe process.
Having a Logitech G series keyboard (with the LCD display on the keyboard),
Having your Documents\ProjectReality\ directory and subidirectories set to Read Only, or any amin UAC required settigs to change files.
UAC freaking out when you start PRLAuncher. Easy test is to right click the PRLauncher and select "Run as admin"
Go to \Battlefield 2\PRBF2.exe (same directory as your BF2.exe) and right click, "Properties", select Run as Admin, click apply.
Go to \Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe and right click, "Properties", select Run as Admin, click apply.
Are you running other peripherals, such as wireless keyboard, joysticks, game controllers, other HID devices?
Are you running XPadder or anything similar and it's mimicking a Mouse?
Are your Razer drivers up to date?
Is the Razer software interfering in some way? (I'm not familiar with the Razer mouse software suite, this is just a guess)

Also, funny enough, one of the easiest things to test is to turn off PC, unplug Razer, plug in a generic mouse INTO a different USB port, then let Windows New Hardware wizard install drivers, then run PR to test.
UNinstalling and reinstalling the Razer Naga drivers is also a quick thing to test. Remeber to reboot before starting PR.

Check your controls, if everything is blank, there's a problem. Reset your controls to default settings, then configure it how you like

This has happened to me before too :/
