Hey guys I don't know if this is the right place but I have a big problem preventing me from playing Project Reality. I recently got a new headset Logitech G430[1] and I cannot get Project Reality to cooperate with it. When ever I join a server, the sound cuts out for 3 seconds, then comes back on for 3 seconds, then cuts back out for 3 seconds etc. I have tried updating my drivers, I tried to run both Project Reality and Mumble as administrator and even tried running Mumble as Windows XP SP3 compatibility. I am thinking that Mumble is causing the problem.

Here are some things I noticed;

- My friend who has the exact same headset has no problems running it on Windows 8.

- If I am on Teamspeak 3 while trying to join, my headset will become "disabled" and I will continue to get error messages from the Teamspeak server saying

I have been playing Project Reality for 5 years now and I have not had one issue with the game or Mumble. Does anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I can play PR again but I am using my old headset and it sounds static and distorted, anyone know what can fix that?
