PR launch error

hey guys, when i launch the game, after the intro vid, the game closes and gives a "BF :P R has closed, cleaning up resources" and i have no idea wat to do.. help please and thank you

my problem is exactly like the post under me "random close" but mines closes b4 even starting the game, and i couldnt really find a solution in that thread :/

Hello, welcome to PR forums,
Primary Playback: SONY TV-4 (NVIDIA High Definiti
Check to see if your TV is a 59Hz or 60Hz refresh rate.
If it is a 59Hz refresh rate you'll have to let me know.

Also, try running PR in windowed mode.
PRLauncher->Options->Video Tab->
->UNTICK the Fullscreen tickbox
->Set the resolution to 800x600@60Hz
->CLICK APPLY BUTTON.

Run PR to test.

problem fixed, AVG was blocking the application, got a chance to see it in windowed mode TY
