It stopped working yesterday and kept saying this, are the servers down? "Here's my system info"

Please check that your antivirus and firewall are giving an exception to PRLauncher.exe and PRBF2.exe .

You could also create a n ew account and see if that fixes the problem.

But generally it is your firewall blocking PRLauncher.exe from connecting the PR master server to validate your CD Key.

Having same issue wont let me log into old BF2 account or create new account. Had to reinstall 1.0 due to a bug and disabled firewalls and antivirus still wont work any help please? Thanks

GameSpy is no longer, which was used in all versions prior to 1.2. If you have 1.0, you need to make an offline account to get past the initial account creation window, then right click PLAY and select check for updates, and update to the latest version.
