Hmmm nice support team you got here -_- anyway i found out now as 1 min before posting this that if i stayed on the gunner seat (without shooting if i shoot it freeze the sound only and need to disembark) for a while 3~5 min the guns start moving and i can shoot but if i switch seats and then get back to the gunner i have to wait again for the same time period.

And yes i am really depressed that no one can help me and kept seeing this post every day with no answers.

I hope i can get help if not i will stop playing the game as vehicle warfare is needed in the game , and this problem happen to every gun seats , Tanks-Cas's-Lavs-Hmv-etc .

It's the Razer audio alogorithms,
Razer Megalodon are an awesome headset, however noone has ever gotten the Razer entire line up of virtual 7.1 surround sound headsets to work with the BF2 EAX audio engine.
It also fails at Dolby Digital 2.0 and newer.

You have to set the headset to 2.0 sound before you launch PRLauncher, AFAIK.

You'll need to google this a bit,

Ok thank you for responding and sorry about what i said earlier was depressed no one care :(

but that's not the problem the main gun wont move until i wait 3 min's is this how PR works ?

and as i was playing in solo co-op black gold map or something like that and hopped in a M1 Tank take the upper gunner the HMG it didn't rendered for like 1 min ?

if none of you don't know why i will try to uninstall the game and do it back again hope it can help .

That could be a hardware issue, I'd suggest setting all your video settings to medium (PRaluncher->Options->Video tab), and possibly lowering your resolution in game, and then test again.

BUT, you have the MS-1762, an awesome notebook.
Which discrete GPU do you have with it?
Are you sure you're using the correct power scheme for Windows?
TO make sure you are using the discrete GPU and not your integrated HD4000, do this:

You need to manually add PRLauncher.exe and PRBF2.exe to the Nvidia Control panel->3D Settings->Program Settings->Add button.
Add these:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\PRBF2.exe
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe

This happens/happened to me aswell, but it's just because I shoot before the warmup time is over (30 sec I think). If you hear the constant sound you just need to wait til it stops which is about 30 seconds, atleast that works for me.
