To any 3ds Max 9 buffs out there, I am given this error on the launch of the applicaition and do not know how to resolve this issue.



When I right click in the editor, the application glitches like shown bellow.



I desperately need help as I cannot achieve anything with this glitch

It's just one error to the other. I tried to install service pack 2 but this error came up.



Is this common? How should I install service pack 2 as the setup.exe will not work. I tried putting all the files into the 3ds max directory but that made no difference!
