You can make it via python. However, implementation will depend on how you want to move it, insta-teleport, or smooth fly.

Antol , I know exactly what you are thinking, and if I can ride along on your project I'd be happy to run your tests on my various PCs to compare benchmarks.

I tried this and couldn't get it to work , on this thread, idea was FRAFS + Battlerecorder replays, but BR was not working. Good news is that BR is now working again, so using BR might be another option to consider.
