Coming of age... a noob starting to flex some muscle!

I did some great stuff recently on the battlefield and I am super proud. Given that I'm still often confused about what's up and sometimes clueless about how to get things done, how to move, still unfamiliar with maps etc... but it just goes to show that in this game, every bit of skill and presence of mind that you can bring into the game can make a big difference for the squad and the team. So here's my exploits:
I just took out a guy who'd taken out most of my squad! I was one of the last guys to make it into this compound we were clearing... one of the T buildings in Muttrah. I hung out in the yard, keeping an eye on all the windows while my squad tried to figure out where he was. They tried... and died. But finally we narrowed it down, and I was paying enough attention that I was able to rush the guy at the right moment and bring the whole thing to a close, and start medical stuff.
So that was great. And a couple days ago, I had a great run with a team that was pretty communicative, but I also think I did a good job as a squadlead, and our team won a whole bunch of maps in a row that were hard for the particular side we were on to win. And I know my squad contributed to that stuff. So at the very least, as a squadlead, I wasn't hampering my squadmates' skills too much, and I wasn't wrecking the team's efforts too much, and I may have helped my squad make some big contributions. I was basically leading squad after squad of FOB and DEF marker defenders, but I also managed to do some splitting of forces between attack and defence, and did some good movement management.
It's nice to have some successes going down while I'm still a bit newer to the game than most players! Especially when the only reason I got anywhere with those exploits was because I was just finishing what some more experienced player started, or just taking advantage of their skill, and also getting some help from them, and helping out some noobs with what they had to do.
