Unhanlded Exception when loading launcher

Hi guys i just finished downloading PR and installed the game with the ISO, everything seemed fine when installing, no stopping or errors or anything of the such, but when i load the launcher (tried with administrator as well) i get a Critical Error message saying
An Unhandled exception has occurred. Details are as follows:
object reference not set to an instance of an object
further details found in following file :
(References my install location of pr and bf2)
the file that it references contains the following
im really confused and would love some help to get into the game.

UPDATE 1: As of now i have also tried reinstalling PR, ensuring there was no left over files or registry entries and i am left back at the same spot with what i assume to be the same error but i will post it too just incase it is different
