PC goes crazy

Around 10 days ago, there was usual gaming night, that night, like every other, i turned off PC... Next morning, before work, like always, i press Turn on button, and go away to make coffe or whatever before windows is up then come back to check mail, FB etc, but when i came back, i see pc is working, but monitor show no signs, i try restart but still same.... fuck it - i thought, graphic card or MBO is dead....

Tommorrow i was about to take PC in city (since i live in village) to shop where i bought PC parts because i still have warranty. But before i go, i wanted to go to friend to clean up pc a bit with air compressor... Before i went to friend with PC, i wanted to take a shot and try to turn on PC... and guess what... monitor turns up, windows starts properly... i left it work like 10 mins, then i shut it down, unplugged everything, and went to friend for cleaning up... When i came back, i plug everything back in, hit turn on button, and then same scenario like 10 days ago, PC working, monitor is not turning on...

Before i take PC to technician and he takes 15-20? just to look at it, does anyone know what might be a problem?

Oh yeah, when windows started properly before i went to friend, before windows was up, BIOS or whatever was checking c:/ system and scaning some files....

Ask your friend to download a Linux LiveCD or LiveUSB, or something like that.

Ultimate Boot CD - Overview
Download Hiren?s BootCD 15.2 | HBCD Fan & Discussion Platform

Google and use youtube to search out the methods that work for you,
If you go into BIOS and switch to boot from CD or USB stick, you can eliminate the hard drive, drivers, software, OS, etc as the possible source of your issues.

If you can go to friend and he has a PC with compatible parts, try swapping parts, start with the GPU, that seems like most likely source of hardware failure.

That could be a virus/trojan/boot sector virus, OR a physically failing hard drive. Takes some time to pin it down. Eliminating the hard drive completely by booting from a CD or USB stick will be the first step in troubleshooting.
