Hello, I've just installed PR and when I press PLAY button it starts loading but it doesn't load anything. All I can see is blackscreen. What should I do to fix this issue?

please post your system specs:
start PRLauncher->Support-Copy to Clipboard button
paste everything in thread.
Next, try to start in windowed mode:
start PRLauncher->Options->Video Tab->UNTICK the Fullscreen tickbox.->Click Apply.
Start PR to test.
Some simple questions:
does regular BF2 singleplayer work correctly?
do you have any overlay programs running? Overwolf, MSI Afterburner, Steam overlay, etc can cause a black screen.
After you post your system specs, we'll give you some options on how to fix your blackscreen issue.
