Large Player numbers crashing internet

Hey guys, I've been getting this issue for quite a while where seemingly at random my wireless adaptor on my laptop crashes and stops me from connecting to the Internet. This issue only seems to effect connecting to the net, as I can still connect to other devices on the network and my phone can still use WiFi. In order to reconnect I have to reset my adaptor (Intel n7260 2.4Ghz 802.11b/g) The reason why I've posted this here is because I noticed recently that these issues only occur when I'm playing PR and there are large numbers of people on the server. As an example, earlier today I was playing on the PRTA FCV server while there were between 30 and 60 players on Al Basrah. When the map changed and the server filled above this 60 mark I began experiencing these issues to the point where a full 100p server causede to lose connection after only a few minutes of gameplay. I'm fairly sure that the issue is not driver related as I updated them today and still got the same issue and I've already explained why I don't think it's my router (I can still connect with other devices). Is it possible that the large numbers of players are causing this issue and if so how can I fix it.
Thanks, Hayden.

Give these settings a try, this is my post about me fixing the disconnecting problem I have been having in another thread. Might help you, might not but try changing them and see if you still get disconnected.

-OK I HAVE A FIX TO STOP THE CONSTANT DISCONNECTS-
At least for me, hopefully other people too. Im on TWC and have an Arris modem/router and once I changed these settings no more disconnecting from server problems. Note that it might be one of these changes or all of them together but I have them all changed and PR is working completely fine now. Hopefully this works for other people that are not using an ARRIS Modem too, give it a shot and report back.

First you need to get into your Arris control options through your web browser. The address to open it is "192.168.0.1" without the quote's just type it into the address bar and hit enter. Sign in with your info, if you haven't changed it - it is set to default with the username "admin" and the password is "password" without quotes.

Under Basic Setup uncheck/turn off WPS Settings.
Under LAN Setup under DHCP Server Settings put your Lease Time to 3600000.
Under Lan Setup uncheck UPnP.

NOW HIT APPLY AT THE BOTTOM. Make sure not to forget to hit Apply. Don't change any other settings unless you know what you are doing. After that reset the router. you can do it under the Utilities Tab in the same control panel. Now logout and wait until the modem reboots and connect to the internet again, you should be all set. Go try out PR. Those 3 settings made my server disconnects stop completely, hopefully yours too. Good Luck
