PR extremely laggy and sometimes random CTD

I have played PR for about 3 or 4 months now. For 3 months it run pretty smoothly, on highest specs, with only a few problem that I can fix myself.
But since the beginning of October, PR just keep getting more and more laggy for me, at a point that I cannot enjoy a full round anymore, not even a helicopter ride from an objective to another objective that is not affected by lag. It keep freezing and lagging while mumble still running perfectly alongside it. I can still hear my squad and other people around me but the gunshots and vehicle sounds seems to be lag, too. And worst of all, random CTD during all those lagging.
I know my PC's might be the shittiest PC ever, but it used to be really smooth, so I still think that there are something wrong with my PR. Pls help guys!
(sorry for my bad English)
my specs:
Intel Pentium CPU G620 2,60 ghz (2 CPUs)
2GB RAM
NVidia GeForce 405 with 1,2GB VRAM

Post full specs from launcher support.
My pc went all **** turned out my video card was only connected at X1 instead of X16 due to BGA lead free solder fail.
Are you.clean?
Check temps with speccy or similar check GPU with GPUz.

With your specs and the settings you're playing on no wonder you lag so bad. I don't know it seems like a logical thing to do.

He said it was OK before.
The system is certainly a bit limited, I have the same speed CPU and manage to get OK playability, but
not on all high lower a few things and see.
I'd not heard of a
GeForce 405, apparently it's an OEM about half off everything from my old 9600M GT.
