Hello and welcome to PR,
This is often caused by having 3rd party overlay programs running in the background. Steam overlay, TS3 overlay, Overwolf Overlay, MSI Afterburner overlay, etc.
Please shut down any overlay program you have running, and try again.
Please open (in Notepad) your prlauncher.txt file at Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin
scroll to the bottom copy and post the last 10 to 20 lines of error messages to this thread.
Please post your system specs from PRLauncher->Support->'Copy to Clipboard'button
then paste everything into a reply here.
cheers

Try disconnecting your USB headphones and USB microphone before starting PR.
Also trying disabling your USB audio in Manage Devices.
VArious USB audio devices have caused this crash.
What Antivirus and firewall do you have?
check if PRbf2.exe PRLauncher.exe and PRmumble.exe are blocked, and make exceptions.

Hohohooo, you are great guy!

It was firewall, I only added exceptions for PRbf2.exe PRLauncher.exe and PRmumble.exe.
Thanks very much
