For quite a while now I've had this pop up whenever I launch PR or have to alt-tab back in. Doesn't actually stop me from playing or seem to impact the game in any way but its extremely annoying since I'll have to press "Ok" on about 10 of those damn boxes.

That d3d9.dll file is corrupted.
Do NOT download it randomly off the internet,

Download and reinstall DirectX9c
Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center
