So I was messing around with the level files trying to get the loading music, and I found some audio files for a burglar alarm as well as complete audio files for an elevator (elevator moving opening, closing etc.) as well as audio files for a opening and closing gate. So were is the elevator/ alarm / gate? or is it just there not doing anything.

under C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\levels\vadso_city\common_client.zip\sound

oh. what about the alarm? and the gate?

I suppose the sounds don't play. Or at least not on dedicated servers. There's been similar cases in the past where special sound effects were only audible to the host on a LAN game or something.
