Windows vista and P.R.

I just downloaded the newest Windows Vista RC2 Build 5744. Can I play P.R. with it? Will there be more support for Windows Vista in the next few months as in P.R.?

I don't see why not. If it runs BF2, it'll run PR. I'm sure there are people who've tried bf2 on vista.

OK here it is: it doesn't work really well, the screen jatters all over the place. I think we need some support with Vista since it's coming out next year. And i have all latest vista nivida drivers,

Me, this guy, and a few other guys would try to play PR. The one guy had Vista. He crashed just about every server we tried to join.
Hopefully the same won't happen to you

BOOO vista,
try bf2 in vista then PR see if the problem is PR's end or BF2's
and rember vista is a beta.

when vista is fully out, EA have made w/e patches that need to be done, and the devs + testers have vista too, then we will look into patches for it. untill then we cant even tell what the hell, and if any thing is going to be wrong with it.
If there is anything wrong with it, it will most likely be a BF2 engine prob and not a PR prob.

Yeah, I almost wonder if 0.5 should hold up on release till it is compatable with Vista and XP.
Worst thing happens when a small community gets split, like it has with a lot of EA's other patches has split us already. Vista will be out at the end of Jan. so it wouldn't be too long to wait for 0.5.

Like Rhino already said, any problems will be due to the Bf2 Engine. There is probably nothing
we could do about it. It would be down to either microsoft or ea/dice.

do any of you remember when xp came out? too many problems. the same will be seen when vista comes out. myself, i'm waiting AT LEAST A YEAR before i purchase vista.
