So the PR launcher quit working so I uninstalled it, and then I tried to re install the torrent from the PR site through utorrent, and the download wouldn't start. I tried updating to the latest version of utorrent but it froze up and crashed.

Well you should fix your torrent programs, that's not really anything to do with PR
