Excellent!
Yeah Triggs the guide definately has been neglected, thats really my bad. Plan is for the future is to develop a tactics section and a maps and vehicles database.

Perhaps Fullforce can work with Hfett to come up with a guide.
Each vehicle needs some sort of information template and a screen shot.

There should be a warning in the guide about the sensitive throttle on the motorbike in some maps...

I go from zero to Crazy Frog in .25 of a second....

Hfett, I believe the existing user guide can be internationalized.. Meaning the pages could be translated into different languages. Then at the bottom of each page you'd have a selection of languages that page is available in.

Hmm... I was just about to make the vehicles section myself if no one did it by the end of the week. Guess now is the time to start if you guys need my help. I'll find real data on the vehicles, and write the descriptions for the Russian vehicles. There aren't that many vehicles in the mod yet.

heh.... uh....... there are 40+ vehicles in PR including the EA ones.
In terms of the guide content for vehicles they should be sorted by type.. so for example all the tanks should be grouped together, all the APCs, all the attack jets, etc.
I've roughed in the LAV25 in teh vehicle guide section as an example of a template.

Given the number of vehicles and screenshots.. I broke them into seperate pages of Ground Vehicles, Aircraft, Helicopters, Boats, Civilian & Neutral Vehicles

Hfett if your willing to carry on doing this task, then send me a private message, as there could be a space in the R-Pub team possibly.

Well, compared to ArmA and some Joint Ops mods, that isn't a lot of vehicles, so it should be no problem.
Oh, can I just edit the wiki after the images are added?

Could do, I would wait post 0.5 though, as we are making alot of changes to vehicles in the next update, and don't want any wrong information.

Ok, I'll wait. I just added the vehicle names in the Ground Vehicles section if it's okay with you.

I would stick the information in now following the template provided for the LAV25. If there are changes we can edit it more quickly than we can compile all the information.
In terms of screen shots, I just save them to desktop, then upload it to the wiki in the appropriate section.

All vehicle names are done now, just missing the information and the image. Have a look if you want.

looks great. but don't bother with any of the extra explanatory text at the top.. not really necessary as the content is all pretty much selef explanatory.
Thanks!!
