More Issues With Mumble

I have seen some fixes to close to the same issue as I am having but i have tried all the other solutions and nothing seems to be working.
My problem is that mumble launches, I can talk, other people can hear me, but I cant hear them.
what happens: I join a server, everything loads up fine, no issues, I can switch channels, squad channels and whatnot, i can talk, it shows the icons, i can see when other people are talking but i cannot hear them.
What i have tried: making sure my audio out for my pc and mumble are the same, nothing, reset back to defaults, nothing, tried running the mumble audio setup wizard thing, coudnt hear anything and no changes. rebound volume keys to try and fix the whole 0% audio thing, didnt work, tried setting my mumble quality of service off, didnt work. i am literally pulling my freaking hair out because i have tried every freaking thing ive found and nothing has worked. ive had this game for two days, ive already fallen in love with it and now i cant play because the base part of the game doesnt work

What headphones/speakers are you using?
Using a USB audio output device?
Using a wireless headphones/speakers?
Using a DAC?
You might want to download and install the standard version of mumble at
Mumble | SourceForge.net
Run the standard mumble and try the same audio wizard.
Does ingame audio work for most games?
Does other VOIP programs like teamspeak and skype work?

even if i disconnect my headphones i still cant hear, and its just the audio plugin kind of headphones, just audio out no mic.
ingame audio works just fine i just cant hear anything from mumble whatsoever, teamspeak and skype work just fine. same as any other program i run.
Downloaded source mumble, audio wizard worked just fine and i could hear myself. but i still cant hear anything from the people in game. the one i downloaded worked just fine but when i ran PR mumble i still couldn't hear myself or others.
i also am pretty new with mumble so if i do use the one i just downloaded im guessing id have to rebind all the keys for squad2squad chat and everything else as well as find the server i want to join before hand. it seems that just the PR mumble doesnt want to give me audio for some reason

I didn't mean to confuse you.
standard mumble.exe does not work with PR.
PRMumble.exe uses additional custom code to link to the PRLauncher.exe and PRBF2.exe.
I asked you to install standard mumble because well, it's standard, and would be easy to test with. If you start standard mumble and join a public mumble server and just see if you can hear anyone.
------------
1. are you sure you have your push to talk button correctly mapped in PRMumble?
PRMumble-Configure->Settings->Shortcuts
2. make sure the audio output is no higher than 24bits 48000 Hz
Control Panel->Sound->Playback Tab->Select your Default Audio output device->Properties->Advanced Tab->select "24bits 48000 Hz" or lower, then hit the green play button to test. remember to click apply if you switch it.
3. Make sure a the two options in audio settings called "Exclusive Mode" is unticked. Click apply.
4. in PRMumble, PRMumble-Configure->Settings->Audio output, make sure the "Exclusive Mode" tick box is UNTICKED. click apply.

Normal Mumble works, i can hear and chat with people.
I made sure all the changes that you said. saved everything tried to join a server and the same issue popped up, i couldnt hear anyone talking. but i could see their names when they wanted to talk, i heard the little chirp of the radio shutting off but no talking whatsoever.

open it with notepad and scroll to the bottom. copy all lines from the last session (using the timestamps to find it), and paste it to this thread.

You're missing a registry value:
'[R-COM wrote:LITOralis.nMd;2032722']That is also a possible problem.
There is a registry tweak for this, the default value should be 0x1388 , which equals 5000ms (milliseconds)
Various ways to install this registry edit and I've forgotten all of them... (sorry)
Best I can offer real quick is to download and install this little utilitycalled AltDrag, the installer package download has the registry tweak option in the installer menus,
https://stefansundin.github.io/altdrag/
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\LowLevelHooksTimeout
hexidecimal
value = 1388
Could try manually setting/creating that reg value.
