Cant download

So i decided to download this again but clicking the link on the page does not work, is anyone else having this problem?

From there you can use a mounting tool (or windows 8 has one integrated)
From there you can follow the standard BF2 -> Patch 1.41 -> Patch 1.5 -> PR installation process
